It all depends on the person and who they decide to be on their own top list. Everyone is different. Everyone looks for a distinguishing characteristic in their favorite MCs. It also depends on the time and movement that the hip hop culture is going through. Hip Hop ten years ago is not what it is today and that’s what makes it hip hop.
