People always ask me why I cook so much or how I have the time to do it … I always answer the question the same way … because to me its worth it. Here is a video I found that can explain I think better than I can:

*Disclaimer … I will now and again eat fast food cause it is cheap and quick. But this video I think has ended that forever for me … well maybe not chic-fil-a … don’t know yet.
