Damn how could I have any mention of home last week and not drop a single mixtape from any Jersey rappers…disgusting. I mean it’s not like there are a lot of them…Jersey rappers holla at me…especially South Jersey rappers. So anyway I got a couple mixtapes from some Jersey dudes, some new shit, and some throwback shit. I have tried my best not to perpetrate the cycle of fuckery that is fucked up tracklisting, but alas I just couldn’t do it this week. My apolagizes, i’ll try harder next time and unfortunately the Riz mixtape was missing a few tracks…i’ve been really meaning to check him out too no homo. A.C. stand up!!! One of my favorite groups that just so happened to be from Jersey. Originally, formed by, Joe Budden, I was a fan of them individually when I first heard them on Kool Kid mixtapes back in the day. Sadly, enough they don’t even rap together and I don’t even think Hitchkock even raps anymore. Which sucks because I always like him the most ***shrugs***. Ransom, went solo but to me they were better as a group…they complimented each other perfectly. Then, to make matters worse, The Family Reunion, track off Mood Muzik 3 that was supposed to unite all of the Desert Storm crew led to the Ransom vs Joe Budden beef. Nonetheless, The Hard Hood series is still one of my favorite mixtape series…

I probably have more Cam mixtapes than mixtapes from any other rappers, maybe i’ll drop off some of that shit if this Dipset Reunion ever happens. For the record I was also more of Cam fan than a Dipset fan, but they did put out some good mixtapes. It’s also not a real reunion if the Heatmakers aren’t involved. Vado should have been in XXL Freshmen class or whatever that shit is called too.
I found this looking for that Reignman mixtape, Jahlil doesn’t produce my favorite type of rap music but I appreciate all types of music and embrace the diversity. He is definitely the best at his style though, and thus I fucks with the homie no homo
